I have been a customer for three years and he has came out every time even when I ran out of water and he personally came out to make sure me and my family would not go with out.         Make sure you ask exactly when the time starts and ends. They also charge for the time when they leave the yard and get back to the yard. They don't mention this when they quote you a price. All they tell you is that it's $x per hour and $y per load.
