        Stumbled upon this great shop. I had an excellent tile shopping experience. Mary was very helpful in selecting tile and placing an order. Gabriel was very knowledgeable on stone and countertops. Looking forward to working with them again.

        Great Customer Service! I have polished marble countertops in my kitchen which already were installed when I purchased the home. They are beautiful, but I had noticed scratches on the surface. A friend recommended Stone West in Paso, so I stopped in and spoke to a sales associate. He kindly provided me with advice, all the products needed to refinish the countertop, and even set me up with a great local contractor for the job. He told me about a daily cleaner/sealer which I can now use to help protect the countertop from etching in the future. I wish I had known about this earlier! Either way, I appreciate that even though it wasn't their stone, they didn't hesitate to help me take care of it.The countertops look great, and I know who I'll be calling for my next remodel!
