She not only educated me on how to look at and evaluate houses, but has held my hand through every step of the home buying process. Nicolette and Jessica from the Harley Group in Paso Robles are terrific! My husband and I are trying to find a home to buy in the Paso Robles, Atascadero or Templeton, CA area. We are very picky as we can only make this choice once! They are so patient with us and have shown us some beautiful places. Our needs are very specific and since we live almost 3 hours away, they still manage to coordinate all the showings that they can, with us being so far away. Thanx to Jessica and Nicolette for working with us on this purchase and for being so patient :}

I am so impressed by Nicolette's knowledge of the area and by her professionalism.  In addition, she has picked up the phone personally every time I have called her - even while she was away for the weekend.  Nicolette knows the answer to almost all of the many questions I ask - and when she doesn't she follows up immediately.  I am planning to move to Paso from out of town, and I have no hesitations working with Nicolette long distance.  Clearly, she really knows what she's doing!  I recommend her highly.

I can't believe it has been almost a year since we bought our house in Paso Robles. Nicolette Harley-Barth immediately responded when we showed interest in a particular house. She asked us some more questions about our preferences and said she would set up some other appointments as well. It turned out, we didn't really like the original house, and I think Nicolette knew we wouldn't, based on the initial conversation we had. She showed us a house on the East Side that was just perfect! Leading up to the appointments and through the ENTIRE process, Nicolette was so communicative, always responding quickly to a text or an email. That was so important to us since we were first time home buyers in California. She walked us through every step of the way, and it was the smoothest real estate transaction we had ever done!
