Selling a Vineyard is not an easy task. You must have someone who can represent you with knowledge of the industry and history in the region. Jenny Heinzen has this and more. Vineyard real estate is very different from traditional residential and commercial real estate. If you do not use someone who understands the Vineyard or Winery business you will miss out on value and opportunities with your transaction. Buying a house with a vineyard, a winery with a vineyard or a standalone vineyard is a specialized transaction requiring professional advice. It's easy to romanticize wine grapes but make no mistake this is farming. If I were buying or selling a vineyard property, I'd call VPRE and consult with Jenny and her team.

Writing this review of Holly with the utmost appreciation for her ability to have navigated our home/vineyard purchase in Paso Robles, CA. Now that this first one has concluded, we cannot wait for our next purchase with Holly and VPRE. In early 2023 my wife and I decided to take the steps in pursuit of buying a house with a vineyard on the central coast in CA. After reaching out to a few agents, Holly stood out as the most responsive and personable by FAR. The best decision we made was working with her, and there is no chance we would have been able to close without her ability to bulldoze through the inevitable obstacles. When you use Holly and VPRE you are going to get their knowledge and experience, but also their incredibly helpful network. Holly and her team were able to pull together some real miracles for us, and we are so grateful.
