After working with Brian Thorndyke for the past several months, we can say that not only is he a highly knowledgeable and easy to work with realtor, he is an upstanding person. After looking for months for an existing home to purchase and not having any success finding one that suited us, he suggested the possibility of us purchasing land and having a home built, even though that would mean a lower payday for him. He truly wanted us to be totally happy with our purchase. With his guidance, we successfully purchased a fantastic piece of property up by the lake and are now working with a builder to have a house built that will check our boxes. Scott Ehrke is an excellent Realtor. He knows the market, communicates quickly and effectively, is detail oriented, and gets deals across the finish line. I hired Scott after interviewing some of the top sales agents in the area to sell a multi-family investment I had in Paso Robles. I was impressed with Scotts market knowledge, his sound strategy on how he would keep my existing tenants happy and cooperative throughout the process and his advice as to how to price the property to generate the highest price/most interest from prospective buyers. Scott has been our go-to real estate professional for buying and selling for the past 32 years. He is the best at research and marketing and doesn't just spout out stuff. He shows you his research and when he gives you advice - on anything real estate related - you would be foolish not to take it.
