The shop I worked at was the largest in Northern Colorado so I was able to get some experience in several facets of the trade; residential new construction, commercial new construction, commercial tenant improvements, fire sprinkler installation, service and repair. After moving to California and working with a few family owned companies, I became a California plumbing contractor and started Rocksteady Plumbing in September 2008. The company operated as a one man shop, run out of our home, until 2017 when we took on our first apprentice. We have since built a shop and warehouse and hired 2 plumbers. We currently run 3 trucks with me in one of them full time.We do a lot of things the old fashioned way and have the ability to repair old systems that some companies may just replace. We pride ourselves in being able to offer repair options and not just replacements when it comes to faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc. We're thorough. We're clean and on time. We're factory trained and certified to install and repair the most common tankless water heaters. We stock repair parts for several brands of tankless water heaters. We install, repair and test all backflow devices. Whenever possible, we use OEM repair parts.
