We were homeless! My wife and I were working with another lender when the loan fell through with only 2 weeks left in the closing timeline. At this time we had already sold our prior house, which put us in a really uncomfortable position. The counter provided by the prior lender was a 55% LTV, variable rate, hard money terms, piggy back HELOCs, etc. No good. Enter Ken! Ken and I first spoke on a Friday afternoon and he made the commitment to not only close on the loan, but with much more favorable terms. We stayed in touch over the weekend (he is an incredible communicator), and he went to work. I received daily updates and in just over 2 weeks we were closing on our new home with a conventional down payment and fixed interest rate. From my perspective the process was quick and easy, although I know Ken worked his tail off to make it happen. Ken was able to do what other lenders were unable to. I should have mentioned we had a tricky property to finance as it was part vineyard and scared other conventional lenders away. We are so grateful to have worked with Ken as we would not have been able to close without him. Looking forward to the next deals together with Ken. I cannot recommend him enough.
