        They delivered the most beautiful flowet arrangement to a family member on their birthday. They delivered right on time and the flowers were high quality and lasted a long time.

        May of last year my father took I'll. He lives in Lincoln, above Sacramento. I ordered him a beautiful houseplant and had it sent. Next week I went to visit. What they sent was a 4" plant that was in terrible shape. They charged me $100+. I felt very taken advantage. I never complained because the following week he passed away and that was the last thing on my mind. I wish now I would of said something, not that it would of changed anything. My actual name is Carol Isabel. I just haven't figured how to change it with goggle.

      Carol. I’m very sorry for your loss . If I had known what the flower shop in Sacramento had sent I would have immediately either had them send something to value or had them give you a full refund . Unfortunately after a year I am not able to do anything other than red flag them so they don’t do this to another one of my customer s. I do appreciate you bringing this to my attention . We do not send that type of quality out of our shop . Take care . Kay
