Dignity Health Laboratories - The Crossing Shopping Center - Paso Robles, CA

My child has had some very poor experiences at hospitals and other local labs with techs who aren't patent with a nervous kid. However, since we found Mariela we don't go anywhere but here. It is not the closest, cheapest or most convenient to us .. but it is worth it !! Mariela is so kind and is never rushed with my son (age 9) who is medically fragile and really hates getting his labs done (every 3 months). Thank you Mariela, we are very grateful for you - for your compassion and patience !

Don't get me wrong, the staff seemed great. They were very friendly and fast service, only took us about 15 minutes to go in and out. My complaint is that they are very brute when drawing blood. Looked like she was stabbed her instead of gently drawing blood. I took a family member (whom is elderly) to draw labs there and they blew her vein, she has very bad bruising. Please teach your phlebotomists that patience is better than fast service..

Very competent, professional phlebotomists and because mostly the same staff are there everyday, they get to know you, if you have monthly labs, as I do. When I come in they greet me by name, are very friendly, but never compromise any necessary safety measures to make sure that the right person is getting the right lab test. An example being, making sure they have my birthday, my name and my identification all correct. My personal favorite is Christina, who is a fabulous stick. I never even know when she's drawing the blood. They are ALL good but I just love Christina. The facility is spotless.

Great place to get your lab work done. Staff are very professional, didn't wait took me right in when I got there. Highly recommend.
