It was a pleasure working with Frank to remodel our lakehouse after a water leak led to extensive damage. Frank and his subs were very professional and responsive, and Frank was able to work with our insurance company to get a fair price for repairs. He is fulling bonded and has Workman's Comp.. Frank will guarantee all work! He will not bail out on your project. 65 % of contractor bail or go out of business on their clients. On behalf of State Farm Insurance company, a representative from a survey company visited my home to obtain additional underwriting information. They wanted positive measures to be taken to reduce their risk for loss regarding my foundation. I spoke with my State Farm Agent and she recommended Central Pacific Construction. I contacted the owner Frank Cueva and he and his company were wonderful to work with. Even though it was an incredibly busy time for the construction industry, they didnt charge to come all the way to Creston just to make an assessment of what would probably be for them a relatively small job. I love this company. And Frank is great to work with. Any questions I had were answered promptly. He did his best to keep down costs and explain to me what was going on. I always felt better after talking with him. They recently completed the job and I am happy with it and it has met with the approval of the underwriters. Carol R.

Frank and his team had a very limited timeframe and got the job done in a professional and thorough manner. My wife and I are thrilled with how he remodeled our kitchen and helped with so many other features. Frank is prompt and always follows through. Further he has a great team of subcontractors.
