In 2022 I hired DWF to install Hunter Douglas shades and they did a great job. In Jan 2024 I hired them again for curtains. I recently (Feb 2024) wanted to check-in on my order, and found that all cell-phones are off, the website is down, emails are bouncing back, and the brick and mortar location is locked (and a mess btw). I was never communicated to about a temporary closure or close of business. Reached out to Marias Arizona locations as well and found the same situation. Hoping someone gets back to me ASAP on my pending order. It was expensive and I was really looking forward to it. Genuinely confused on how customer service went from great to the absolute worst in a matter of weeks.
