*Updated review after the original* Original: (1 star - August 2023) I went here yesterday and was disappointed with the facial. The person was nice, but just hardly said anything and didn't explain any of what she was doing. When she asked about any skin concerns I just said that I have sensitive skin and it can get red pretty quick but it's fine. After applying a few things she asked if I was allergic to anything and I said no (as I'm not aware of any allergies) and she said "interesting" as if she didn't believe me and said my skin was turning red.....yes I said that it would? If I appear to be allergic to something I'd prefer she tell me so I know rather than just staying silent. I also felt like she wasn't applying the products evenly everywhere and when she did the microdermabrasion she didn't evenly go all over my face. In the end she just said "your rash is still there, it didn't get worse but it didn't get better". Didn't recommend any products or suggest what could've caused this reaction and let me go. I was here in Dec or January and had a better experience but still didn't wow me either so will just be going elsewhere. Update! After my original review, the manager contacted me and apologized and offered a makeup facial. I wasn't in a hurry to go back, to which they said it was available any time. I contacted them last weekend and they were helpful in booking an appointment which I had today with Yasi. She asked what products I used and if I had any concerns or goals for the visit to which I said my skin is sensitive, and I focus on moisture and brightness. The facial was really relaxing and I just felt better with it this time around. In the end she did ask more about my current products, made some recommendations on my cleanser (which might be too harsh), and then gave me a small balm sample to use as I had a little redness. I appreciate the redo and after getting home and seeing my skin which I feel looked a lot better, I would definitely consider returning. Thanks!

Absolutely loved it. and definitely have to go back I tell All my family and friends they have to go.

Had to cancel my appt bc it said they no longer require proof of vax. Listen the vax killed three of my relatives. No one should require experimental medicine to get a facial
