Rainbow restoration of Pasadena did an amazing job. My second floor restroom had a busted supply line which resulted into flooding of my entire house. There was in the drywall, ceiling and flooring. I'm glad that I was referred to these guys. Ashot and his team arrived within an hour. Walked me through the process and got the water out quickly. Very happy with the work that was done. The water supply line broke in the bathroom upstairs and my home was flooded. i was very stressed and wasnt sure how to handle all this .Very good communication from the start. I am very happy I was referred to these guys .They kept everything moving along from beginning to end. It was life saving for me! Would easily recommend Rainbow Restoration of Pasadena.

We had a pipe burst behind our hallway wall that ended up damaging our walls and hardwood floors. Initially, we had called Rainbow International to just perform water mitigation services. They did such an amazing job (professional, clean, and considerate) that we decided to use them for our repair services as well. Edgar, in particular, went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process in these specific ways: - He was understanding of our financial situation and helped us reduce our costs where possible. - He met us at the paint store to help us pick out the right type and quantity of paint. - He completed the project ahead of schedule (which is unheard of). - He was very patient and empathetic throughout a long, drawn out insurance situation between both my insurance company and my HOA's insurance compay. - He provided advice throughout the process, which we especially appreciated since we had never been through this kind of thing before.
