I've been seeing Steven (Esteban) for the past few months and he has successfully helped me accomplish my goal to run my first ultra trail marathon injury and pain free. I came to him with different problems over the past months (Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and more) and he's helped me troubleshoot them without hesitation. Steven takes the time to talk to you and hear what you are going through. He has remarkable insight into what is causing your pain and how to return your body's balance. I came in with some leg issues related to running and cycling. Steven listened patiently and had me perform basic movements to get an understanding of why I was experiencing pain. We worked through the body's mechanics and drilled down to nitty gritty of the sources of my pains and soreness. He took me through an epic journey of sports massage that alleviated my muscle and joint aches. If your body needs a recovery trip, you could not ask for a better travel buddy than Steven.

Steven is the guy to go to! I used to go to a chiropractor for a few months and the pain would always come back. After my first visit with Steven, you can feel the difference immediately! The best part is that he explains to you why the pain occurs, how to prevent the pain and how muscles in your body work! Recommend 100% and will be going back without a doubt!

Been seeing Rich and his team for almost a decade. Through all the different phases of my life, from being younger healthy and athletic Through sickness injuries and diagnosis. Recently finished chemotherapy and can say I'm baby Step learning to trust my body again and I still trust rich and his team to support me through It. Even the location being at the CrossFit gym is part of the healing process for me to feel and experience the energy of the community and have an opportunity to socialize again after being in isolation for so long with my healing journey. and since I still got the mind of an athlete But a body that isn't there yet I needed someone to work with me differently this time post chemo and rich referred me to Eric who works with the nervous system and fascia. In just one session I knew he knew what my body had been through and he has been guiding me with his knowledge to understand my body's needs. in just a few weeks we have made profound progress with finding lost connections and reconnecting the pathways back with mind/body.
