He must be the owner, he had a very bad attitude. Don't support him, he said, he has plenty of business, I guess he don't need customers. I live in the area for many years and saw that this store was new. I wanted to support it and I came in asking the guy if he can sew a small tear in my UGG boots, he said $10. I said ok, and asked him if he can also clean it, which he said $30. Mind u my UGG's is not even dirty. So I kindly asked him if he can do it for $35, which he said WHY? I said, discount? cause price was a lil steep in my opinion. That's when he got confrontational. I told him, I was just asking.He said, WHY? so many times. He could have just said no. So I left. No wonder, the store is always empty everytime I pass by.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I had a completely worn out heel on a pair of short Thursday boots and they were able to fix it quickly and for a good price! They did an amazing job, the new heel is done very well and it is much more comfortable to wear!

I just went in for a minor repair on a boot, the man fixed it in 2 minutes. Very good, friendly service.
