I am glad to report that this is the former. The process of handling paperwork, title, escrow, and all of the various intricacies of selling my home in Alhambra was made fairly painless. I say fairly because the one thing that nearly ruined it all was out of everyones control. What seemed like an ordinary sale turned into a near potential monthslong heartache. Joan and her team made the process of buying a home for the first time enjoyable. This was my second time working with them. The first time they team helped sell a family members home and I knew I could count on them once again. Without fail, Joan and her team were on time, responsive, attentive, and very well organized. They provided checklists, to do tasks, and kept us updated via phone, text, and email. They had our best interest in mind the entire time and were able to explain and break down confusing/intimidating items/request from other parties. Joan has been there with us for the entire journey where she helped us sell both our homes and then finalizing it with finding our dream home.   Throughout the process she always made me aware in advance what is needing to be done/expectations where I did not feel lost or unsure what the next steps would be as she outlined it clear from the onset once we started  escrow.   She made a somewhat trivial, anxiety producing experience simple and was always there to take my calls/text.    I always felt I was in good hands as she is genuine, positive, straight forward and with what is realistic versus my perceived reality which explained why things did go so smooth.   So basically I listened to her...  If by chance you are fortunate enough her teammate Dave will accompany you with your journey.  This guys is knowledgeable, patient, chill and just beyond amazing.   You'll understand what I mean if you ever have the pleasure of meeting him.  Love you big guy!But make no mistake if there is something that is off track/the other party not playing well in the sand box during closing Joan will take care of business.  Make no mistake on how capable she is!!!  Lastly you'll have no regret with having Joan by your side.  She'll represent you beyond expectations and is professional throughout.  Thank you so much again and again.
