We recently moved into a property managed by DPM and everyone we've met has been incredibly polite and professional. Special shoutout to Joe, Ernie, and Ben who have made the process a breeze from move in to maintenance and beyond.

Fair and friendly! Lived in a Designation Property Management apartment for the last 3 years and it was the best renter experience I've had. Neena and Olivia are always on top of issues and are quick to resolve them. Their maintenance team of Joe and Ernie are absolutely fantastic. Extremely efficient and friendly, they were always around to fix any issues I might have had, big or small. Can't recommend DPM enough!

I've lived in a Designation Property Management building for the past five years and cannot speak highly enough of my time here. It is a small team of incredibly dedicated, hardworking, and friendly folk. All of our maintenance requests were addressed in a timely manner, and I was incredibly satisfied with the attention to each one. While I am moving out due to other life factors I will be sad to leave this group behind and I only hope the team at my next apartment can meet the standard these fine folks have set.

Great group of guys that came by to fix a leaking pipe above my kitchen sink. Joe the handyman was very responsive and showed up on Christmas to repair the pipe until the plumbers were able to get here after the holiday. Cleaned up after themselves and just nice people!
