My son and I love St. Andrew's! He has been attending since Kindergarten and is now in 2nd grade. Our experience with the faculty and other staff has been very positive. My son is receiving an exceptional religious education and everyday becomes a more kind, compassionate and empathetic person. As we are getting back to some normalcy (sort of) after COVID, the school is sponsoring more activities for families, including most recently a movie night! As a single parent I enjoy the "Mom's Night" events and so happy to connect with other parents!

My sister attends St. Andrew Catholic School. I pick her up most days, and smiling faces always greet me. The teachers go above and beyond to meet the needs of each child. Thanks to the amazing early childhood education program, my sister is reading and writing a grade above her class level! I'm so proud of how she's blossomed at this school. The teachers, staff, and principal are amazing!

My family and I have lived in Pasadena for the past few years. For the first few years we had our daughter enrolled in a public school. As time went on, we had a few occurrences at school and lack of accountability that caused us to doubt the curriculum. Our daughter would come home and let us know alot of the stuff that other kids and kids in her social group were talking about that needless to say we didnt approve of. As soon as we could, we transitioned our daughter into St.Andrews school. Right off the bat, we noticed a huge difference in accountability from the school staff, curriculum and quality of social aspects within the schools students. Our daughters friendships, grades and overall happiness seemed to progress into something way more positive. As far as the curriculum, we saw that our daughter be more engaged and challenged with what she was being taught. We we're being made aware weekly of her grades and and assignment statuses which in turn allowed us to hold our daughter accountable for her assignments. All in all we strongly recommend St.Andrews for all families especially those who are thinking of making a transition from public schools. Our family is very happy with St.Andrews.

This is not a good school. It just went downhill. Lots of parents feel the same as I do. Children are experiencing acts of violence targeted at them from both adults and peers. I don't like to write bad reviews unless it's necessary. Be warned: your child will be publicly embarrassed by faculty. Your child will be threatened with acts of violence on social media via PARENTS-like full grown adults! bullying your kid. Your child will have to compete against kids who's parents teach at the school making it an extremely biased platform for all pupils attending-awards and scholarships that are voted unanimously by faculty should not be given to students that have advantages over other kids because their parents work there. This is a brief snippet of the favoritism that takes place. Your child will suffer at the hands of the principal who will do absolutely nothing except make broken promises that harassment and lies would stop. The school does not have any family events the way they use to before. They just skipped all of that to instead make it social gatherings for the adults. So much change, so many dissatisfied parents trudging trying to pull through until their kids graduate only because many families have invested time at this school with only watching matters get worse.

We have both of our kids at St. Andrew, one in 6th grade and the other in their ECE program (PK). My 6th grader struggled with distant learning during the pandemic and has come a long way since attending St. Andrew. Her home room teacher, Mr. Rodriguez (coach) and Mrs. Ortiz have really made an impact with her academically and socially. Ms. Sandy and Ms. Evelyn are my sons Pre K teachers and they are GREAT at what they do! He started at 3 years old and is now finishing the school year at 4 and reading. Every teacher is passionate about seeing their students succeed and they know the importance of getting the parents involved should an issue arise, and do it in a very respectful, approachable manner. Mr. Kim (Principal) is always present and knows all the kids. He is very engaged and supportive. The teachers are amazing, the curriculum is second to none and each child is treated with care. We are truly blessed to be a part of the St. Andrew community.
