I called 10 min they closed for an emergency print where our original prints got lost in transit by airlines for an even we were doing the next day. They were able to get 45 bounded booklets of 50+ pages done by 10am the next day. There are not many places left that would do such a short turn around. The booklets came out great and wonderful customer service. Recommend +100000

Very unpleasant customer service. I asked the owner to print one sheet to make sure it came out at the correct scale before printing multiple copies. He ignored my request and printed 60 copies. The scale of the prints were incorrect. He got angry and blamed me. Then he literally left the computer and told me to figure everything out on my own. Claimed it was impossible to rescale and center the drawing. This was untrue. It took me about 10 seconds to figure out how to get the correct scale and center the drawing. I had to do all of this on his computer and printing machine while he went to the backroom to work on other projects (no other customers were there). Don't recommend this company. Rude. Blamed the customer for his own oversight. Doesn't even know how to operate his own printing settings.
