Very unprofessional. I went in for a consultation and the staff we're to busy discussing what alcohol beverage they like to even notice I had arrived. The treatment coordinator was very unprofessional. She said okay so what do you want done, do you just want a price? Of course that's what I want. Without even looking at my body She said it's well over 30k anything else you need? She may have thought I didn't have money but I went somewhere else and paid close to that but a much more professional and friendly office. I drove 1 hour just for her to give me a price which could have been done over the phone if they don't even look at you. Plus I had to pay for parking. They don't validate. This was at the Pasadena location

I highly recommend Dr. Perez at the Pasadena office! He was so patient, kind, generous with his time and knowledge, and did an incredible job on my procedure. I really enjoyed his post-operative care, as well as that of his nurses Ursula, Tami, and Samantha. Megan took care of all of my questions from the get-go, and was always available for check-ins, and incredibly helpful throughout the payment process. I'd recommend anyone curious about a procedure definitely take the time for a consultation with this office!

My experience with Athenix in Pasadena Ca. was amazing. Dr. Perez was so phenomenal. His bedside manner was fantastic. Dr.Perez made me feel so comfortable from beginning to end of my journey. I had a breast augmentation and liposuction. My first visit with him was a consultation, he answered all my questions and put my fears to rest. I am two months into my recovery and feel great. I am extremely pleased with my results. I truly recommend Dr.Perez to anyone who is looking to get their sexy back

Got quoted a price on my consultation to get the look I wanted and agreed, paid and set up a surgery date. A couple weeks later for my pre surgery visit with my doctor they changed up on me with the price and said I needed to do another surgery to get the look I wanted I ended up paying more which didnt sit well with me, and I couldnt cancel at that point. For all my follow up appointments post op I always ended up waiting 30 plus minutes in the lobby waiting for them to see me, and one appointment ended up getting canceled as soon as I got there instead of them calling me. I ended wasting my time and gas that day because I lived 50 miles away, it was ridiculous. The only good thing I would say about Athenix is the doctor and the staff are friendly and the results where great.

I highly DO NOT recommend this place! At first they are friendly as they convince you to get more procedures done than what you were going in for . Beware of their sales girl name Megan! The doctor doesnt care about the patient! He doesnt even see you for the most important post op visit which is a day after surgery. He sends trusted nurses ( who by the way, are not even RN) and all they do is take photos and go back and forth to show the doctor who doesnt seem to want to come into the room. I stopped going in for post ops because I am traumatized of that place! The front desk ( especially rsula) is so unprofessional and rude! And the manager! Well the manager is useless! Unfortunately the doctor who I thought was a professional and caring doctor, turned out to be just another tired, rude, careless, and let me emphasize in the word CARELESS!! I cant stress the importance on how you should read all the reviews before you make a decision to get any work done here. Remember: when dishonest businesses want to appear as good, they encourage irrelevant people to give a good review . I so much regret the day I set foot in this place! I think the doctors name is dr Vendamean. . I cant even remember his name because he is not really involve for patient care!!
