Dr. Gross did my breast aug in March. He is amazing and so is the staff. I knew about him from working with a friend if his (Dr. Macpherson-awesome hip/knee replacement guy if you need one). My breasts are amazing and look so natural. He is very caring and attentive. There isn't a negative thing I would say about him.

If you were treated with courtesy you just got lucky -- don't expect it. I made an appointment 6 weeks in advance and on the day of my appointment they acted like they had never heard of me. Then they became extremely aggitated that I was not happy with being told that there was nothing they could do about it. Out of the kindness of their hearts they decided they'd be willing to reschedule me for 5 weeks later instead of the usual 6 weeks later. I realize that this doctor makes big money and the staff couldn't care less about treating clients in a courteous manner. But if you're anything like me, and would rather not be treated like you're an inconvenience, go someplace where the staff is pleasant to deal with.

My wife had two C-sections 20 years ago which left her abdomen scarred, muscles distended and navel disfigured. It was a constant embarrassment for her and she never once wore a 2-piece bikini for two decades. She has a good figure and always debated having surgery to correct it. After much hesitation she consulted with Dr. Gross, recommended by a former patient of his, two months ago. His approach was very gentle, sympathetic, caring, and accommodating her endless fears and questions. Not to mention the staff members Jennifer and Anne, who treated her with warmth and compassion. It takes skills to make every patient feel special. The day came and she finally went through the abdominoplasty surgery. The doctor gave me a full report as soon as it was over, leaving no questions unanswered. She healed well, always under the careful supervision of Dr. Gross.To make a long story short, today, 6 weeks post-surgery, she went to the gym for the first time, showing off her beautifully reconstructed navel and flat and tight abdomen. I myself am amazed how the navel can look so authentic and youthful, knowing how it was before. To conclude, we are both thankful for Dr. Gross's above-average honesty, thoroughness, skills and compassion. It was a life-changer.

Quick story... Since I was 16 years old. I wanted a boob job. I was a small B. I made it one of my goals before I die to get a boob job! I researched all kinds of doctors and had numerous amounts of consultations because after all this procedure is going to stay with me for a long long time. Also being concern about scars and complications I needed to feel right about my physician. Finally, at age 21 I got my self my new set of melons! Paid in cash! I hate owing anyone anything. " My fiancé always told me why are you going to change your body? I love the way you are!" being the rebel I always been I still didn't care. Dr. Gross made sure I was set on my size and everything else I needed to know. I also love the fact that it was at the foothill hospital and not at some clinic. I wanted to make sure my safety was in good hands even if I had to pay extra to the hospital. I got them under the muscle and through the areola. I chose silicone by a brand called allergan. They are like giant gummy bears. Now, my fiancé can't complain because he feel in love with them. Dr. Gross did such a wonderful piece of art!!!! No scars, no bruising, NO PAIN (because he took his time, unlike other doctors that trash you like dead meat). Trust I have heard stories. Consultations after procedure were EZ. I healed up so quick and painless. I was lifting my arms 2 days after. I definitely recommend him. I have already sent him two friends and they agree that he is the BEST. Plus, if you visit his site. He is also a instructor for USC and has separated twins that were conjoined from the face. Well, I will stop here but could definitely keep writing. Seriously, this doctor/surgeon is the nicest person! I had been to a few other doctors and they made me feel uncomfortable and also suggested things that at my young age, were CLEARLY not appropriate. And i had encountered staff that was sub-par. Dr. Gross' staff made me feel so comfortable from the first phone call. I drove a long way to meet Dr. Gross based on a trusted referral and I knew after my appointment that I had met the right doctor! Not only does Dr. Gross have perfect skin himself and obvious cares a great deal about health...he explains everything in terms a layperson can understand and when it comes to explaining science...that's a gift. He is very patient and kind and so is his staff. I HIGHLY & ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend this doctor.
