A bad experience. I was referred for a biopsy on my face and was seen by the Dr. who recommended to proceed. I never heard back from the office to schedule the procedure, despite several phone calls that went unreturned. Two months later, after I already scheduled with a different surgeon, I got a call from someone apologetic, saying there were "cleaning up the files," and saw that I had never been scheduled. Also this doctor was going to put me out completely, while the second doctor recommended less invasive local anasthetic.

As a skin trauma patient, I had to wait almost 2 hours to see Dr Hu. He lacks compassion. He spent 2-3 minutes with me skin just needs time to regenerate, bye. Then I went to a Keck USC doctor, who initiated CO2 laser treatments, which are already helping immensely. Dont waste your time here, life is short.

Dr Hu performed surgery on my on June 17th. 3 days post op I was scheduled with him, instead his assistant Vanessa saw me. I complained that I was not feeling right and that I had 0 energy and she told me I was going to be and proceeded to stuff me in a Faja and sent me on my way. For 2 weeks I was complaining of high fever up to103.0 and speaking with him personally and his staff, they would advise that I will be just fine. I asked Dr Hu several times if I need to go to emergency which he told me no, that I was going to be fine and that is normal. Fast forward a few weeks I was rushed to hospital by my good friend that told me I looked like death. When I got to the hospital I was Septic and lost alot of blood which I had to get a transfusion because my blood level was at 4, normal is 15. I find out I had a terrible infection that went to my bloodstream, Had I not gone to the emergency I would have died. I had to get a second surgery where his partner came and drained from the exact places I was complaining about the whole time. I would post pictures but I dont want to be traumatized again. Now 7 months later I need physical therapy do to the sores caused by the second surgery, Pain is still there, I can feel it in my bones. Had he took care of me when I first started complaining about the pain and fevers I would not have gotten the second surgery nor had an infection spread through my blood stream. He did not put drains in me when I was done. I was under for around 6 hours which now I dont feel that is healthy. Use your discernment and be careful. Just because they are board certified doesn't mean anything.

Dr Hu/ Premier plastic surgery, ran 1-1/2 hours late. When he comes in, no apology for the long wait. He showed  no sense of interest or concern for my issue. Consult lasted 3 minutes. I should have known when I entered the waiting room and they had an 8 x 10 paper taped up on the wall, "Premier Plastic Surgery" over the other medical office staff's name. My advice: act like a human.

I am so happy to never have to deal with this awful, disrespectful place ever again. Uncommunicative about injuries, healing, process. Terrible bed side manner. Complete disrespect of timing: doctor constantly cancels appointments- even surgeries day-of. Typically 40-60 minute wait times into appointments before the doctor dismissively looks at the injury for 2-3 minutes, doesnt answer questions, and leaves then the whole process starts over again for the next check up. Today I was told the doctor had to leave and wouldnt be back for at least another hour after showing up for my appointment and sitting in an exam room for over an hour. Ive never had a doctor care so little about a trauma patient.
