Kerri is fantastic at tailoring the workout to your body's capabilities, regardless of what injury you are working through. You will still sweat, you'll just feel good afterward instead of more pain. She gave me a new appreciation for the reformer, which was definitely intimidating before.

Wow! Went for a private lesson last week and had a great time and workout with our instructor Kerri. She was very thorough with instructions and made sure to adjust the weight on the reformer if I needed more or less. Im always a little nervous going to new studios but Kerri made me feel so welcome! Will definitely be returning for more classes.

My best friend and I tried the duo class with Kerri. She was great! The studio was on the second floor in a cute old building, close to old town. Its a smaller studio so you really get the attention you need by the instructor. It was my friends first time trying the reformer and Kerri made sure to take extra time to explain the exercise and what muscles we were targeting, as well as adjusting our posture when needed. We had such a good workout, we already booked our next class!
