Very pleased with the care I receive at Polito Physical Therapy. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is warm, friendly, and caring. I have learned a lot about caring for my lower back issues.

Polito physical therapy sucks. They not only charge your insurance, but they will also cash your reimbursement checks when your insurance accidentally sends it to them. Now After three weeks of following up with the owners wife Trish they still don't have an answer to where my money is. Let me refresh your memory Trish. You took my money after my first visit arguing that my insurance does not cover your service. And while you quickly took my payment with no hesitation when I came back to ask for receipts so I can send the claims to my insurance you took over a month to send me my receipts. Not to mention you were so rude about it like I was the one that owed you something. Now finally after a year my insurance is reimbursing me. You ended up swallowing my damn check too. Come on now really you can't figure this out after three weeks of calling. Granted it's my insurance carriers fault for sending you the check but are you that dumb to wrongfully cash a check that you know I already paid for. I never owed you a penny since I left your facility. And to be quite honest if it wasn't for Tricia Cheng I wouldn't have gone there. Your husbands a nice man, the workers there are lovely, but you suck. Lastly if you don't respond to this soon enough I will take this to small claims court. To be honest that money means very little to me, I just hate people like you. So I will make sure that if you're trying to take advantage of your patients that won't happen with me. Either send me back my check or I'll see you in small claims court.

I injured my shoulder enough that It hurt all day and I could not sleep at night.  Pain and numbness traveled from my shoulder down my arm to my hand and fingers.  I went to Polito based on my doctor's recommendation. After just two sessions, my pain was greatly reduced and I could sleep again.  After three weeks, I have a lot of range of motion and rarely any pain. I will continue my therapy and keep doing my PT homework until my shoulder is completely healed. Patricia has been a great therapist. The office staff and other staff have always been nice, professional, and helpful. I could not be happier. I would not want to go anywhere else.
