Pasadena Nursing Center - Assisted Living & Post Acute Facility

They basically don't answer the phone. They call you when they need you to pick the patient up because they have used up their Medicare benefits so they can't bill for as much money. If you ask why they didn't pick up the phone they either lie or say they are doing a good job taking care of patients. This is also not true. My sister was discharged to PNC from a mental hospital, and received NO follow up psychiatric nursing care while there. This place is deplorable and should not be licensed. They warehouse and feed patients only.

The nursing home company I was touring with showed me this facility and I really liked it. The staff is amazing, friendly and very caring for their residents.

I used to work here before the place was renovated. The staff really caress for the pts and the new management is very savvy and good, this place now looks for much better and operates so good compared to before.

The best place ever for my mom. Its super clean and nice. My mom is living there for 2 years now, and I cannot be happier than this. Before I bring my mom here, I checked some other nursing homes. All had bad odor and dirty. But in this 2 years , I never felt any bad smelling at Legacy. Nurses are super friendly and caring and all staffs are very kind and respectful towards my mom and me.

Don't place your elderly loved one in this mess of a place. You'll regret it. I did.
