Ive been training with Arin for about 10 months. The results are real, and its fun, so it keeps me coming back. Arin is professional, patient, and explains things in depth.... makes weightlifting and fitness seem easy & seamless. Arin is the best. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! What a great trainer. I highly recommend Arin to anybody looking to not just get in shape, but learn more about their body. With his personalized training regime you'll be at your ideal body and have fun too! He's really great to talk about all things (not just weight training) and has a great attitude. His patience with you is one of his great qualities because he understand everybody's human and that it takes real commitment to get where you want to be. Check him out and definitely take his classes!

I had a shoulder injury from playing tennis. It had gotten so bad that I had to stop for six weeks. Even then, the pain was such that I couldnt serve nor could I hit groundstrokes effectively. While I went to see an orthopedist who indicated that no bones had been broken and who referred me to a physical therapist, the therapy offered was not very effective. Desperate to wanting to keep playing tennis, I went on the internet to find a physical trainer who has a background in helping recover from such injuries. The problem with trying to find someone is that you never know. While the internet and websites provide some better information than just the very old fashioned referred by a friend" the problem is that the reviews generally run from awesome to horrible for the same person so how is one to know? The only answer is to try it out. I did with Arin because his website indicated that he has experience in helping with sports injuries and the gym he uses is close to me in location. I took twelve sessions, twice a week for six weeks in a private session. I probably didnt need private sessions as even in semi-private sessions that Ive observed, there is no more than two to three persons there; he had told me that but I wanted my first foray into training to be distraction free. Arin was very careful in making sure that the exercises he told me to do did not exacerbate my shoulder problems. The workouts were not about weight lifting, although there is some of that, but rather about making the body muscles more flexible, increase their range of motion, and in turn, create a stronger body. The gym that he uses is straightforward, no sauna or showers but I didnt need or want that. The key to the recovery was that he guided me in a non-judgmental and non-hectoring way to follow through on the various movements he showed me. He used Evernote to photograph some drills so that I could remember which ones to do and at what frequency. It worked. After the sessions, Ive used on my own what he taught me. My shoulder pain has gone away and my tennis game has gotten stronger because of both the flexibility and strength training. The key is consistency, something I did not do in the past. Nothing like a painful injury to remind you that preventive medicine is the best.
