Do not come here for care. It is impossible to get any help from the staff over the phone or in person. They over book appointments which causes long wait time. I will form a complaint with Optum healthcare to let them know of their negligence. My mother had cataract surgery and ran out of eye drops post surgery. I could not get anyone to assist with a refill over the phone or in person. This delay has caused a set back in my mothers recovery. Its a shame that the level of care has come to this.

Got authorization last year and had an appt in Sept to get eyedrops to help with a droopy eyelid. The appt went well and they tested the eyedrops and it worked great. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. They told me to call in every week to check. The first times I left a message and they did return my call saying they still didn't have it in stock. However, they haven't returned my last three phone calls. Really frustrating you can never get anyone on the phone too. Glad I don't have a serious vision problem and feel so sorry for anyone trying to get treatment here. Go somewhere else!

Called Pasadena office because Montebello never answers their phone. I guess I should feel lucky I actually got to speak with someone because they treated me like a nuisance when I was speaking with them. I explained my situation and they just hung up on me. If I weren't trying to get medical help this sure would be funny.

Been going here a few years, should have stopped years ago, the worst. These ppl will not answer phone calls, not email, not urgent messages left with their call center, you are ignored. They will not even return pharmacy contacts to refill their own prescriptions. If you have an appt, you will wait hours, and they don’t care. Seriously the worst place in the world, do not go to them.
