Dr. Stout is a great Doctor because 1) he is a kind and caring professional who takes time with his patients; and 2) he is a brilliantly skilled practitioner The removal of a malignancy on my lower eyelid and reconstruction were seamless. No one can tell a portion of the lid was removed. And his office staff is so very nice!

I love Dr Stout and his assistants. This has been a great experience for me. He is very calm, will take his time to go over the necessary exam and procedures, and will explain whatever he needs to do very thoroughly. No pressure at all.He is a great listener and a great surgeon. I would undoubtedly recommend his practice to anyone I know

From the very first phone call, welcome, and initial consultation, you will receive the finest care from everyone in this office.  Dr. Stout takes his time listening to his patients and then artfully and skillfully accomplishes your goals.  I highly recommend him!

Dr. Stout and his entire staff are fabulous.  They are patient and kind and very reassuring, and the results of my ptosis repair and blepharoplasty are amazing.  Even 75 days later I still wake up each morning and my first thought as I open my eyes is "Wow - I can see so much".  It took me 5 years to get up the courage to do the procedure -- I should have done it so much sooner.  No one but me seemed to notice that my eyelids were getting so droopy, but people now comment that I seem to have so much energy.  I don't know if it was the effort it took to see before with droopy eyelids, or how much less light was getting in, but I feel much more perky!  I definitely recommend the procedure, and I couldn't recommend Dr. Stout more highly.  He cares about his patients, takes the time to answer every question and concern, and truly did a truly amazing job.
