In crazy home-buying times like October 2023, I am so glad we found Khaled as our lender. Khaled, along w/ Matthew and the rest of his team, made sure everything was smooth sailing from the pre-approval process to closing escrow. Khaled is a man of his word and I will look to him again in the future if/when we decide to purchase another property.

Definitely recommend LOAN TITAN! Needed to get a personal loan as soon as possible and they not only gave me different options that I could choose from, but also performed with a turn around faster than I've ever experienced.
