My business partner and I needed to ReFi out of a Hard Money loan due to it expiring very soon. Simple Mortgage was referred to us by a friend we have through business. During these volatile times with interest rates. Omar went above and beyond to find us the best loan and put in much more work, than if we would've gone conventional to make sure we could get the best interested rate available at that time.
