We just sold our home in Glendale, contingent upon finding a new home and Jackie helped us with both transactions. This transition at the time, seemed tough in the current market and most homes we were looking to purchase had multiple offers. Her suggested price brought us multiple offers for the sale of our home and she guided us to choose the right buyer who closed the sale on time. In the meantime showed us many homes in advance and prepared us for the purchase of our dream home. She negotiated a free month rental with the buyer of our home and this gave us enough time to close on the sale of our dream home and move. Jackie was great to work with, She is extremely knowledgeable, honest and always made sure we had all necessary information. We have been looking for the right home for a year and a half. During this difficult times, and with limited inventory available in the market, we were able to purchase our house in the neighborhood we wanted. Jackie had us prequalified with two landers and did all in her power to get the house for us.

While there are always many people who can do a job, sometimes there is only one RIGHT person. If you are considering buying a new home contingent upon sale of your current home, Jackie Gasparian is the one and only RIGHT real estate professional for you. My husband contacted Jackie in late February for help buying a house in Burbank contingent upon the sale of our townhouse. By early April (just over a month later), Jackie had sold our townhouse to a cash buyer BEFORE it was formally placed on the market AND negotiated our purchase of "the perfect" home. Thereafter, true to her promise of going the "extra mile" (or in this case the extra 100 miles), Jackie assisted us in finding quality contractors to help with the minimal work our new home needed. Jackie is our Annie Sullivan - a miracle worker who walked us through a process we had no sense of how to complete ourselves. It's been a month since we have moved and settled into our new home. Looking back, we couldn't have been happier to have worked with Jackie and the team of experts that she partnered with, to complete the purchase of our first home together.  We had initially met Jackie for coffee after one of our dear friends introduced us.  Our meeting started off discussing our goal to purchase a home in the next 9-12 months, after having plenty of time to save and prepare (which we thought we needed).  Jackie was consultative from day one.  She brought to light investment options we could shift around to add to our down payment, connected us with a Mortgage Adviser who was impressed with how we had managed our finances and prepared ourselves for a purchase like this, and gave us information to look into the market, if we wanted.   Jackie opened doors for us that we did not see as possibilities.  We did not have the traditional 20% to put down on a purchase but within a month and a half of running numbers and browsing to see what we could afford in our price range - all based off of the new information Jackie had led us to, we felt comfortable with the idea of moving forward with a purchase.  Within 2 months of that initial meeting, we were making offers on homes that we saw ourselves starting a family in.  With only 5% down payment, a Mortgage Adviser that had prepped our documents, made phone calls and drafted a recommendation, and a Realtor like Jackie that did her research, followed up with questions, and vetted our neighbors - we submitted and received an accepted offer. Jackie was on speed dial and never missed a call.  She was there to help us every step of the way - from writing an attractive offer, to easing our nerves through counter offers and even renegotiating before contingencies were removed; Jackie made magic happen! We could not be more satisfied with how Jackie conducted this purchase and how happy we are with our new home.  We will absolutely be repeat customers! :)
