Chris was recommended by a friend who spoke highly of his work. We are so happy he was referred to us. He helped us purchase a beautiful townhouse. He was always available to answer questions and was always very knowledgeable. He did a great job negotiating a price reduction with the seller in this seller's market. He also connected us with a good handyman. Buying a home can be a very stressful situation, but his experience, calm nature, professionalism and friendliness made this experience smooth. He has a vast network of contacts. He loves his job and is a very nice person! We would recommend his services anytime (and if we decide to purchase again, we would definitely use him as our agent).

This is the second time Ive worked with Chris. The first time was with Chris as the selling agent on my first home. I was so impressed with his professionalism, skill, and kindness that I held on to his info, and when I decided to sell that same house a few years later, I immediately contacted Chris. I was not disappointed! Prompt, smart, courteous communication. Comprehensive and comprehensible guidance. Excellent contractors (quality, scheduling, pricing) to complete the necessary repairs and staging. Smart and very effective pricing strategy. From start to finish, every step went off without a hitch or regret. The guidance, intelligence and empathy Chris brings to this (potentially) very stressful process makes all the difference! I cant recommend him highly enough.

Chris recently helped me and my husband close on our first home, and we are so grateful for all of his help and expertise! Chris is a phenomenal agent who treated us almost like family members in the process. He followed through promptly on every item, helped us negotiate very well with the seller, and just generally made the buying process easy and carefree for us despite West Hollywood being a very hot market with lots of competitive offers. He is by far the best agent weve ever worked with. We will definitely be using Chris again for future sales and purchases.

If you need a Realtor to sell your house, Chris is the guy. I was selling a house that "needed some work" and Chris brought in everyone needed to fix it up, including: a handyman who rebuilt a deck and freshened up the bathrooms; a flooring guy that put in new carpeting and flooring; a landscaper that cleaned and freshened up the yard; and a stager who gave the home a updated look. When all the work was done, the house looked like a model home. It was like what you see on one of those house flipping shows. Not only did Chris save me the time from having to find all these professionals, he negotiated reasonable prices for me. The Escrow company Chris referred me to was also able to help me out with some complex issues involved in the sale. Chris even personally took care of little details, like going over to the house to water the new flowers. When he put the house on the market, it sold in less than 1 week and above the listing price. Needless to say, I was thrilled with Chris' service. I have already recommended Chris to all my friends, and would strongly recommend him to anyone.
