        Dr. Penciu, my medicator, is fine. I spend five minutes of a fifteen minute appointment on telechat with him renewing my meds. My insurance is billed over 300 dollars for this, and them I am billed 45 dollars. Additional renewals without an appointment are 30 dollars. Forget about getting through to billing (or understanding your bill EOB) unless you want to incur a headache.

        I called LifeStance Health and was quickly routed to someone that was able to get my basic information and get me registered with an available therapist. I was sent a portal login and the initial profile information was easy to setup. All of the patient forms were in the portal and also convenient to complete prior to my first appointment, which was an intake session. I have only had this intake session but was paired up with a therapist that I like so I have had a positive experience thus far.
