Sensei William is awesome. A fun instructor who definitely knows his stuff. We learn various techniques including weapons training. I look forward to coming twice a week every week. Id highly suggest joining

I was put into Red Dragon Karate when I was 5-12 yrs old. The training created a foundation that helped me in pretty much all other aspects of life including my schooling, sports, and as I got older; my career and the art of fly-fishing & fly-tying. You train to get used to things coming at you whether in the physical sense or in a mental sense, and learn to deal with the changing situations much better than my classmates/associates that did not get the martial arts training. The plethora of weapons you learn to use at RDK allows for an incredibly smooth transition to any sport that uses a something in the hand from a fly rod to a tennis racket to golf clubs. Once I heard that a RDK opened up in Pasadena, I had no hesitation to enroll my 5 year old son, so he could gain the skills I have used throughout my life. I also enrolled myself (again), as an adult this time around, to keep my 6 pack and be healthy. Sensei William Anderson has been teaching for a long time and is great with kids. I highly recommend adults and/or the kids becoming part of the Red Dragon Karate family.
