Xtreme Fight Team

I was never personally interested in martial arts classes, but started coming along with my husband for krav maga classes, and have really enjoyed the experience. Brooksie and Erika are knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating, and create a great work-out atmosphere. I thought that I may be uncomfortable doing martial arts as a woman with no experience with or desire to hit anything, but I've found that the classes are very enjoyable and not at all uncomfortable. I've also taken Xfit classes with Brooksie, and those are awesome if you want a killer, high-energy workout.

This outfit, led by Brooksie, is as intense of a training as it can get. Brooksie's private classes are pretty epic, and I feel that I have improved more in a month of weekly privates than I have in 10 years of training elsewhere. The passion and love for the sport is obvious when Brooksie or Erika teach. And the XFit class will leave you on the ground at first, but after a couple of weeks, you won't even recognize your own awesome-looking ripped body.

I been training and teaching martial arts for over 20 years and I take Brooksie's classes. She is a fantastic teacher that really cares. Great skills, Great Energy, and fantastic enviorment.
