Hi Orpa, Thank you for this feedback. This webinar is pre-recorded as is stated in our materials but the chat section was monitored live. Despite the presentation being pre-recorded, the probate process remains unchanged and the information still current. There are some references to Covid, which are a bit outdated, but the legal aspects of the presentation are all still valid and current. However, this was the last run of that presentation as we have changed our presentations and the new ones will begin running on Monday. As mentioned above, the comment section was being monitored live, and answered in the private chat for those questions that could be answered in that forum. For many of the questions that came up tonight, I needed far more information to be able to provide a complete answer which is why we offer the consultation option as well as the free resource library for people to be able to get additional resources.
