I was referred to Kevin Moore by Bazikyan law firm for them to help me with Prop 19. I called this office on. Thursday  February 4th, talked with SANDY,, she was going to consult with Mr. Moore and get back to me next day. I didn't hear from her that Friday I called her on Monday to see if there was any updates I was told by the receptionist that she will call me back by the end of the day she did not call back so I called Tuesday asked to speak with Sandy the receptionist told me that Sandy will call me back for sure by the end of the day did not hear from her called Wednesday told she will call back did not call back. Today is February 15th Monday still have not Heard from Sandy or the office. Most definitely I would not recommend this office to anyone.

With several trusts and estate planning documents created by Kevin Moore, now that my father is reaching his latter years, I called for help and support in scheduling a meeting to make sure all items are in order and prepared for the inevitable.  Even listed as a beneficiary of the trust, even having created my own trust with this firm, they would not speak with me citing "CONFIDENTIALITY". I was told they would inquire and get back to me. ZERO return phone call. ZERO recommendations. ZERO follow up. Simply another attorney billing for his time and work with ZERO responsible and respectful support. My phone call was about being responsible to my family and an attempt to be prepared.  After spending thousands of dollars in the 90s with this firm, Their cold and detached handling of my concern represents my frustration and dissatisfaction with Kevin Moore and Associates. Last words I heard... "I will have to speak to Mr.Moore about this."  60 days have passed. Response: SILENCE.  Another consistent response from another consistent attorney firm.  All the same.
