This is the best wash and fold service I have used. Always on time with pickup and delivery. Everything is always neatly folded in plastic and they use rubber bands for socks and misc items. Items are grouped together well. I have never had any issues with misplaced or lost clothing. Button down shirts are always on hangers in plastic Truly a great and easy service would give more stars if I could

I have now been a customer for weekly pick up and delivery laundry service with Laundry a Gogo for about a year and a half. While I am now moving from their service range, let me tell you, it has been the best experience. They are always diligent, great friendly drivers with low turnover so you don't feel some stranger is coming to your home. The laundry is always well washed folded and sometimes hung on hangers. The owners are so kind and flexible and have always been so helpful. One time I accidentally got someone else's clothes and they took care of it very quickly. Everything is wonderful and I highly recommend this service. Laundry service can be life changing for people who don't like doing laundry, just do it, and with laundry agogo you'll be in excellent hands.

I've been doing my laundry here for more years than I can remember. Wide variety of machine sizes and prices are quite reasonable. Since I go when it first opens (6AM), there's no waiting for washers or dryers. Don't know about other times of day and I think they stay open to 9 PM 7 days. The machines are paid with a payment card which can be loaded at one of the terminals. There is also a snack machine that also sells detergent, softener and laundry bags that is accessed with the same payment card. There is another snack machine that accepts cash. You can also drop off your laundry and they will wash and fold, but I don't know the turnaround time. They also also provide a pickup and deliver service, but I don't know any more about that. All in all this is the best laundromat in Pasadena.

Laundryagogo is a time saver and well worth the money for their service. I appreciate that it is an independent family owned business as I feel it's important to support local family businesses as much as possible. The first time I called the owner picked up and was friendly and informative. The service is easy to use. You go on the website and set up an account and can choose to have services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. They pick up the clothes and deliver the next day. I mean, c'mon! The owner even apologized for the temporary $3 fee to cover gas....I would pay and extra $10 (please don't change it though lol) to have them come pick up my laundry, wash and fold and deliver the next day. I have been using them for a few months and have referred them to friends. I am also a business owner and I believe time is money. The time I save with Laundryagogo is money well spent. Plus, their rates are very reasonable. If you are considering I say give them a try. Hope this is helpful for anyone on the fence :)
