They came out to give an estimate, then never sent it - I had to contact them. They did, then I responded on there, and they didn't contact me within 3 days so I called. I spoke to the phone clerk and she got in touch with someone else and they said they'd be back in touch, never did. I called again a week later and left a message and also emailed John Lampasona Jr. and it's been over a week - nothing.

Wife and I had New Image come out, and we couldnt be any happier with the finish product. They were profesional, punctua, and knowledgeable. New Image helped us lay out our backyard to our exacts needs. Our kids love there new space. We are looking forward those long summer evenings, and hosting our friends and family! They did a fantastic job! The heavy rains had knocked down one of our trees on the grass area between our sidewalk and the street, the city came and just took the tree, leaving a big hole and the ground around it uneven from the pulled roots. New Image came in and evened out the ground, and laid new grass to blend in. They did such a great job, we then hired them to spruce up our plain small backyard. John and Bryce really maximized our little space to comfortably have an outdoor grilling and eating area, and still have plenty of space to host. Id say the tree falling headache turned into a blessing. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

They were on time, easy to communicate with, and know what they are doing. It is a great feeling to know the process was smooth , and not a headache. This project was smooth sailing from start to finish. They are the best landscaping company ! They were very spot on in productivity and thoroughness.
