    2 employees on a Saturday afternoon. Asked to take off a service (was getting charged $30 for cable under a promo that ended), but the rep said they couldnt do it from there. So now I had to jump through the hoops of talking over the phone AND YOU KNOW HOW THAT GOES. The whole point of in-person service is to avoid all the phone nonsense. Waste of my time going into the store. Wish the system would change and allow them to authorize that business transaction. Will be cutting service due to this inaccessibility for NORMAL business needs.

    Im moving away and disconnecting service. I was able to return my equipment with ease here, but the clerk would not disconnect my service in person; he told me to call Spectrum. It took me multiple tries because this dumpster fire of a company financially incentivizes agents to keep you on an internet plan. They will not actually help you disconnect unless you tell them youre leaving the country. (Yes, I already reported them to the FCC.) Shout out to the unhinged woman on the phone who would NOT disconnect my service, instead probing me for my new address so that she could guilt me into keeping my plan. The internets not that stable anyway!

    Literally ONE employee on a Saturday?? The most busy time? Waited literally an hour to pick up equipment I already ordered online before I gave up. And there wasnt even a line! One customer that this incompetent employee couldnt help in a reasonable amount of time. What a joke of a company. Shocker customers are fleeing in droves. Literally everything starts and ends with the customer. This monopolys time is slowly coming to an end and I for one say good riddance.
