The worst! I called and the person didn't know Saturn Insurance. I tried to confirm coverage and the person who answered who didn't understand anything I was saying finally said they weren't in. Don't do it!

I needed to change information on my car registration and didn't want to wait in long lines at the DMV.  I went to Saturn, they took care of everything on the spot and I got my revised registration and tags immediately.  It was super efficient.  I won't go to the DMV ever again!

This place is dishonest. Avoid this place. My wife and I were customers for over 5 years. My wife was removing a car from our policy which contains two cars. When my wife spoke to Sarahi, she quoted my wife an amount larger than what we are currently paying with both cars in the policy. My wife then found a much cheaper policy through a different company. So my wife decided to email Sarahi and let her know we where no longer interested in the policy. Well Sarahi did not care, and charged us for a policy we did not agree to purchase.
