Ive had Mercury insurance through Reina Insurance for a few years now. They keep raising my policy every 6 months. This time they increased my policy by $200 due to insurance rate increase. Thats unbelievable! I work hard for my money and will not allow this insurance company to steal from me. I dont recommend this insurance company to anyone! Looking elsewhere!

Shady and Unethical. I made the mistake of getting mercury car insurance through them and when I submitted proof I was an education administrator (I worked in financial aid at a university). They refused to accept it and then poisoned my record with who knows what! To this day my rates are higher. Malicious, evil and spiteful. I will always block their driveway when I'm in line for in-n-out. They have no right to demand otherwise. I'm not parked, it's not illegal. That's what you're paying for at this bargain basement ghetto location.
