        Basically no housekeeping service is provided even you request the service at the front desk. The front desk staff is not professional because they dont remember the request of customers. Also, the quality of intercontinental breakfast is rubbish.

        OMG! When there is clearly a MOLD issue, it needs to be addressed immediately! This is room 203. There was at one time a flooding issue above this room and never was addressed. We immediately moved to a different room and it was so, so. I informed the General Manager and he said Im sorry, and enjoy the rest of your stay. I will be reporting this to Corporate. Rooms: FYI: do not stay here.
