Our experience in seeking a caregiver had been a nightmare. Mostly incompetent, lazy and un-trustworthy flakes... Finding Homewatch was a huge relief. Good communication and top-notch caregivers. Worth every penny.

Angelica at Homewatch has been extremely helpful and she is so knowledgeable and responsive. I was looking for in home care for a parent. Angelica came to the home to meet with my parent. She asked them wonderful questions and did an evaluation for memory and stability. So often the senior is completely ignored but she wanted their input. During the hour and half conversation she was able to obtain a wonderful sense of their day, likes and dislikes, food preferences, and things that would be important for them to stay at home. Angelica is a wonderful resource to help find appropriate in home care.

Nevino and Angelica were amazing to work with when we were trying to get my aunt home from the hospital. They let us know what our rights were and helped us navigate with the insurance company. There were many points where the insurance company, hospital or others tried to give us less than we were entitled to, and Angelica did a great job in letting us know and supporting us in getting my aunt the care she needed in the home.
