Jonathan spent a lot of time with me, explaining Medicare supplemental policies and sending me information about them. He was incredibly patient and willing to address my questions and concerns. That builds trust and gives me confidence in my choices. He signed me up for the Medicare supplemental and drug plans that I chose and sent me copies of everything.
