First workout back since the gym opened back up yesterday not sure what to expect with the new guidelines -- and it turned out to be super comfortable and really felt clean. There was a temperature check when you walked in and had blocked off workout stations to allow for distancing, all the resistance tubing was brand new and hand sanitizer was at ever station. With the distancing the class size was small, turning it into a small group session. Now for the tough part of getting back in shape.

First workout since the gym opened back up and was really comfortable - they had temperature check at the door, social spacing, hand sanitizer at each workout station and freshly cleaned equipment between workouts. Reduced class size ends up making every session a small group, and that's a plus. Now if I can get back into shape after a couple of months off.

Excellent personal attention. Small classes. Highly trained and professional instructors. Attention to course strength training and agility and balance. The instructors got me back in the saddle and have kept me there for several years now. Im much stronger and firmer and even thinner! Not the norm in the gym world- much better!

I know Brandon and Rick from years in their classes at JPL. Loved the workouts, and I'm so sad that none are available further East. Monrovia, Duarte, Covina? I know, not at all likely, but if and when, I'll be one of the first to sign up!!

I love Brandon and Rick. They are awesome and work very well with young people and old people and everyone in between. If you want a holistic approach of keeping your strength up or build more strength, these guys are the guys. With over 60 years of experience, they can attack any thing you throw at them. Well, at least you can attack it, with proper guidance. I highly recommend them.
