        My wife & I have been going to MUV for over a year now and its been a great experience. Toby & Edwin are both talented trainers and, maybe more importantly, are great at listening to us & adapting their workout to meet our needs. They really know how to push us, but never too much. And they are funny & enjoyable to work with. Id highly recommend MUV to anyone wanting to work on their fitness.

        I was bothered by plantar fasciitis for a week and the pain was so great that I couldnt sleep well. Toby just showed me a series of the exercises that would help my condition, and after I did 1 session of those exercises my pain has eased down. Shes passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. Save your trip and money for your family medicine doctors that will ask you to get pain killers!
