        If Gladys is not in the store no one knows what to do. They called me 5min before my appointment and told me my stylist is not there and they wanted to 4 hours. Since I was 2 minutes away I said thats ok and I can work with someone else. Michelle was my stylist and she refused my request. I told her I dont like having my dry hair brushed and Ive been asking this for 10 years as a DB customer. She said as a professional stylist I do whatever I want. She said go ask for other stylist and no one was available. So I had to leave and come when Gladys is back.

        The technician that I got was not professional it was OK I feel that it was over priced she wasnt that experience

        Worst front of desk. Too bad they have no competition I wish some other similar business would come and make them do better/care. Ive been waiting 45 minutes for my Appointment and they could care less.
