Very friendly, an open here, no judgmental or unwelcoming vibes. Everyone is very helpful an professional, the vibe here is always there, if you go ask for Amanda, she's just gorgeous an helpful. Gives alot of love for what she does. Also sol is the manager here "if you would like to know" and she takes pride in what she does an it shows, she's always booked so book quick, also very helpful good looking, keep getting it shes/hers.

My kid and I love going here for our haircuts. Everyone has been great but most of all Mimi makes us feel welcome and gives us great cuts. Cant recommend this place enough.

Zero stars! Went here for a cut and color in two separate appointments. Really tried to give them a chance as they have so many positive reviews. The hairdresser gave me a crooked and uneven haircut. They didnt wash or style my hair. They left hair all over me. At the next appointment, which in hindsight I wish I had cancelled!!!, they did not give me the color I asked for them despite agreeing to it. The color was also patchy!! They left bleach on my skin, which resulted in irritated skin for a few days afterwards. They left shampoo in my hair, too. Im truly appalled. I did point out the crooked cut at the second appointment and she attempted to correct it but actually made it worse. How odd, no? How do you let someone like that touch customers hair? They charge full salon prices for poor outcomes ($100 to $300+). Wondering about the customer service? One star for that. The receptionist looked so unhappy to be therenot ideal, but no a huge deal I guess. The hairdresser thoughwowwhile a bit friendlier, honestly she had poor chairside manner. I was tugged, pulled, stabbed, had water shot into my ears. Ive been in many salons and this is easily one of the worst for several reasons. The price tag honestly makes it worse. Ive seen people with better outcomes from hair schools/students. Do not recommend.

Felt half done. I spent a long time growing out my hair and i thought i would place my trust into bishops. I trusted wrong!! After their cut, I had some hair longer and shorter in some parts and my hair did not look fluid but blocky. I was having a panic attack in my seat as i saw how it turned out. As a last resort, I asked to thin it a bit more and it sort of got there but i will not be paying another $62 for this kind of cut... The place i usually go to will have a complimentary wash, dry, and cut for $50 with me leaving with a smile on my face. HOWEVER, Amanda who did my haircut at Bishops made me want to cry as i saw how my hair turned out. I was not happy at all with my hair and the only thing that could be done is to get my hair fixed someplace else. Update: i went and got my hair fixed at my usual spot and they had to cut a lot of my hair down because it was so unevenly cut and looked NOTHING like the picture i showed. I am happy with my current hair salon and will never, ever, come back to bishops!
