Im disappointed with this office, they dont accommodate with urgent appointments or with referrals in the area, the assistant physician doesnt seem to really help with certain concerns, she seems to stumble on her words, and the office staff can be rude!

This review is only because of the rude receptionist, Karina. Never fails, she is always rude and condescending over the phone and even in person. She must be overworked or hates her job. Either way she makes me feel awful with every engagement. I pray she doesn't treat all patients this way. I reach out to my doctor for help and comfort, this lady is not about either. My doctor is wonderful and it's painstaking that I have to deal with this lady in order to see my doctor. I'm in a really tough situation. My health is my priority so I'm not leaving my doctor of almost a decade, but people don't deserve this treatment from office staff. I always start out nice and give her the benefit of the doubt, but she never fails to make me feel like a pebble at the bottom of her shoe.

Reception has poor patient service skills and the PA has an insensitive bedside manner. As a patient for around two years, I appreciate the referrals and care that Dr. Gustavo provided. However,  I do not recommend this practice if you're seeking a reliable care provider who puts patient care first. While under Dr. Gustavo's care, I could not rely on a response from Dr. Gustavo or his staff. Some of my calls were not responded to and my emails, unanswered. Also, I think that having to wait months to receive preventative and basic care, such as a physical, is unacceptable.
